OUR ROUTINE-
In line with the Foundation Phase in Wales we encourage learning through play. We offer a wide range of activities and equipment encouraging the children to make choices for themselves to develop their skills in becoming independent learners. Our outdoor area offers the opportunity to explore and experiment using natural resources. Wet weather clothing is supplied to allow access in all weather
. The playroom and craft room are arranged to allow the children easy access to all the area's, these include ICT, music,
books, role play, exercise, construction, problem solving, mark making, painting, water, sand and craft. The children are also helped to develop basic Welsh language.
All the children are encouraged to eat a healthy snack, we provide milk water and fruit at all the sessions, offering a choice of toast, bread and butter, breadsticks ect. throughout the week.
PARENTS/CARERS -
We keep Parents/Carers informed of events with regular newsletters and a Parents/Carers notice board. Every half term we have a "Stay and Play" day, this allows Parents/Carers to see their child at play and to join in the activities.Staff make regular written observations of the children, with Parents/Carers permission, to monitor and assess their development. This allows us to make sure we plan for the needs of all the children.
FEE'S-
The fees only cover the everyday expenses which have to be met even if your child is absent and are payable based upon registered sessions, not attendence. The group fees are reviewed annually and payable monthly in advance.
